TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROVISION AND DISTANCE SELLING
(“Terms and Conditions”) Version 1.0, effective from 02/06/2025

2. Definitions
Client – a natural person (including Consumer), legal person, or organisational unit without legal personality, using the Store.
Seller – the entity indicated in point 1.1.
Store – the website available at https://www.sensei-ivo.pl through which the Seller provides Services and sells Goods.
Goods / Services – products or services offered in the Store.
Terms and Conditions – this document.
Working day – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
3. General Provisions
3.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Store, including the conclusion of sales contracts and the provision of electronic services.
3.2. The Store operates in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002.
3.3. The Client is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions from the moment they begin using the Store.
4. Scope of Offered Products and Services
4.1. The Store offers the following categories of Goods/Services:
Digital product – online course
Digital product – online community
4.2. A detailed description of each Good/Service is provided with its presentation in the Store or on a dedicated landing page and includes at least: name, price, key features, and available variants.
5. Prices, Currency, and Order Costs
5.1. Prices shown in the Store are in [PLN / EUR] and include all applicable taxes, including VAT.
5.2. The order summary shown before placing the order includes:
unit price of the Good/Service,
total order value,
calculated tax,
delivery costs (if applicable),
any other charges affecting the final amount.
5.3. The price binding the Client is the price displayed in the order summary at the moment of placing the order.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. The Seller provides the following payment methods:
fast online transfers (HotPay/PayU),
BLIK,
payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
traditional bank transfer.
Transactions using cards, BLIK and e-transfers are processed by HotPay – PayWorld Sp. z o.o., ul. Wojskowa 6, 60‑792 Poznań, Poland or PayU S.A., Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, Poland
7. Delivery Methods, Costs and Times
7.1. Available delivery methods:
electronic delivery (in the case of digital services).
7.2. Delivery cost depends on the selected method and is indicated during the ordering process.
7.3. Delivery time: 1 to 7 working days from the payment being credited, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
7.4. Delivery limitations: The Seller delivers only within Poland and EU member states.
8. Conclusion of the Contract and Order Fulfilment
8.1. An order is placed by performing the following actions: adding Goods to the basket, completing the order form, selecting a payment and delivery method, and accepting the Terms and Conditions.
8.2. The contract is deemed concluded when the Client receives an email confirming acceptance of the order for processing.
8.3. The Client is obliged to pay for the order within 7 days of concluding the contract.
8.4. Failure to make payment within this time will result in order cancellation.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
9.1. A Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
9.2. The withdrawal period starts:
for sales contracts – from the day the Consumer takes possession of the Goods,
for service contracts – from the day the contract is concluded.
9.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must send a clear statement (e.g., by post or email).
9.4. The Client bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
9.5. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless the Client expressly agrees otherwise.
9.6. The right of withdrawal may be excluded, for example, in the case of services made to the Client’s individual specifications – pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
9.7. In accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Client loses the right to withdraw from the contract if they consent to the commencement of the digital service before the withdrawal period ends and are informed of the loss of this right. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, meaning withdrawal is not possible.
10. Complaints (Warranty and Guarantee)
10.1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for non-compliance of the Goods with the contract under the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
10.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller’s address, describing the non-compliance and the requested remedy.
10.3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
10.4. If the Goods are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee, the detailed conditions are included in the guarantee document provided with the Goods.
11. Provision of Electronic Services
11.1. The Seller provides electronic services including access to the order form, customer account (optional), and newsletter.
11.2. The electronic services agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the Client at any time without giving a reason.
11.3. The Seller may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice for valid reasons (e.g., breach of the Terms and Conditions), after first requesting the Client to cease violations.
12. Personal Data Protection and Cookies
12.1. The Seller is the controller of Clients’ personal data.
12.2. Personal data are processed for purposes related to order fulfilment, account management, and the Seller’s own marketing, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12.3. The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their data, as well as the right to object.
12.4. The Store uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website; details are provided in the Cookie Policy.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store’s homepage in a format that allows downloading, saving and printing.
13.2. The Client is required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
13.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for valid legal or technical reasons; Clients will be notified 7 days in advance of any changes.
13.4. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
13.5. Disputes arising from contracts concluded under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent common courts in Poland.
